Tip #2: Sweat A Lot!

 To lose much needed weight, turn to anything that can easily make you sweat excessively. For example, here are some doable things you can do daily:


  • Take a hot steaming bath for at least 30 minutes
  • Prolong your hot shower
  • Whenever you exercise, try to give it your all
  • Become extremely active around the house

Believe it or not, you can dream up of other creative ways to lose weight through excessive sweating.
