 Do you know that you can actually start losing more weight just by eating more fruits? You sure can and you are advised to choose a variety of fruits on a daily basis to enjoy a wider range of health benefits. Here are some fine suggestions:

There are many more fruits you can add to this list. These are just recommendations.
