Tip #6: Reduce Your Intake of Sugar!

 We can never imagine how much sugar we consume weekly which adds to your overall weight. If you can only reduce how much sugar you put in your mouth, you would be amazed how your pounds will drop. Here are some tips for achieving that end:

  • Choose a healthier sugar substitute for coffee, tea, etc.
  • Cut down on the sugar you use in you bakeries.
  • Consider using stevia as often as possible.
  • Cut down on desserts such as ice cream.
Think of other ways you can do daily to reduce your sugar intake.
