Tip #7: Walk More

 If you just knew all the health benefits that you'll get for walking, you would walk much more whenever you have a chance. Think about it, you can do far more walking instead of driving everywhere in your car.  Here are a few ideas:

  • Walk if your local post office is near.
  • Walk to your closest grocery stores.
  • Walk to your nearby donut shop for coffee.
  • Walk wherever if it's close enough.
You get the idea, right?
