Tip #11: Skip a Meal When Possible

I have noticed that when I first started skipping breakfast many years ago, I saw that I could survive easily without it and keep my weight down longer with no sweat, since I was not consuming more calories.

So, if you could skip any meal, do it and you will see how effortlessly you can begin losing weight in the long term. You might begin by eating a small snack between meals such as a fruit like an apple. Then, you can go one step further and skip two daily meals as I do now; you'll definitely lose weight this way.
